  • Kayla Newman

    BIRKENHEAD, AUCKLAND

Kia ora! Although am living and doing 3D scanning on the North Shore, I’m really a westie at heart! Born and raised. I have a background in design and enjoy taking on new creative challenges. My projects tend to center around women’s health and well-being - so MyReflection’s mission really captured me!

I’ve struggled with body image and gone through a breast reduction, so I empathise with how important having breast confidence is - feeling comfortable in a bra, clothes, and our chest being proportionate to the rest of our frame makes all the difference to our day-to-day activity. I’m looking forward to meeting you and helping you on your restorative journey.

  • Patrice Palmer

    WHANGAREI, NORTHLAND

I have been there with my Mum through her breast cancer and double mastectomy journey and have seen how happy my Mum's prosthetics have made her feel. I love my role in helping to make sure any woman who wants it is able to have the same opportunity of having myReflection prosthetic and feeling good about themselves.

I live on a farm and even have the official farmer red band gumboots (I used to be a towney)

I love spending time in my veggie garden, reading, knitting, going for walks with my friends, and going camping every year with my ever-growing family

She has journeyed closely with a family member through their cancer experience and is passionate about caring for and supporting others to live well amidst their health circumstances. Ruth is delighted to be able to support women post-breast surgery in the Tauranga/Rotorua areas with an individualised breast prosthesis product through myReflection.

  • Sue Edwards

Seeing clients feel good about themselves and giving them the confidence they often needed was just wonderful to be part of.  I currently help out on call at our lovely local pharmacy and being able to help customers, again, is very satisfying.

I have three children and 6 grandchildren. My beautiful daughter got breast cancer last year and I was so grateful that I could care for her during her 3 month recovery and beyond.
